CO2 (Carbon dioxide) addition experimental system　(07.07.20)

Shirahama aquarium, Kyoto University, (http://www.seto.kais.kyoto-u.ac.jp/aquarium/)
is doing an experiment to investigate how the sea creature is effected by the seawater acidification which occurs by means of the atmospheric higher CO2 concentration, by comparing creatures grown in “the seawater of “the present CO2 concentration" or "the future CO2 concentration"” which is controlled automatically.

US-EPA takes particular note of PM10-2.5 (difference between PM10 and PM2.5) as a standard PM to replace PM10. The PM examinations (Air Marathon) had done various sites in the USA which have different composition of PM each other with moving the motor home since March, 2003. Below figures show the summary of Air Marathon.

VOS (Voluntary Observation Ship) Project for the ambient air / ocean CO2 monitoring project is performed by (Japanese) Independent Administration Institution, National Institute for Environmental Studies. For this project, we are developing the ambient air / ocean CO2 auto continuous monitoring device and total system.
