4．	When disclosure is necessary for the protection of human life, human health or property and it is difficult to obtain the consent of the customer.

When we reply to inquiry or order by our customer, we describe customer's data like as customer's name and address etc.. Please understand and accept that this is minimum provision only for mailing or delivery service.
